Memories from The Class of 1965
| I remember:
|
| Beating Permian 13-0, actually
that was in November 1964, but it was the 65 class year.

| Senior Assembly was really fun!
|
| Playing Catch with Roy Orbison.
His Father-In-Law lived one block East of me on W. 24th and The Gatlin's lived three
blocks west of me on the same street.

| Being in band, The Latin Club,
and The Library Council
|
| My mentor Mrs Trawick,
librarian at OHS made a profound impact on my life. Mrs Rita Cox helped give me skills
that I have used for the last 35 years.

| The band wore Red and White
uniforms and could actually march in a straight line!!
|
| The Band was a great part of
life. I enjoyed marching the most.

| What
about the Blue Annual " West Side Story" and that wonderful teacher Bill
